* = Presenters can choose either to present their work ONLY at the REALITIES conference, or to present/attend other conferences that will be held in the same CONFERENCE SERIES in which REALITIES is hosted. If you are interested in presenting/attending also the other conferences, then, please, consider the option "Presenter(all conferences)" in the table. If you just want to present your work at REALITIES, please, consider the option "Presenter(1 conference) in the same table.
The fee will cover the costs of printing, distributing, and managing the proceedings and the association to The Way (https://thewaynow.it). The proceedings will be submitted for indexing to Scopus and other scientific databases.
Important Registration Notes
1) Payment will be possible by credit card, bank transfer or PayPal. Credit card payment will be processed immediately on the SciencesConf registration platform. For wired / bank transfer payment, SciencesConf will generate and email you the information you will need to use to proceed on your own or transmit to your institution to complete the procedure. Please, add the total costs for all of your registration options and enter this into the “Amount” field.
REALITIES presenters:
If your presentation or full paper is accepted, then you will be required to register for the full conference in order to present, appear in the program, or be published in the proceedings.
Additional Information
– All fees are in euros (€EUR);
– Buffet light lunch will be served. Light refreshments will be served in themorning;
– Gala dinner is not included with registration. Gala dinner is a separate fee;
– Spouses are welcome to attend social activities during and after the conference, but are prohibited from attending conference sessions (if a spouse is presenting, they must register at the regular conference rate);
– Student pricing is available for any current full or part-time student. Proof of enrollment during the Spring 2025 semester must be provided to at the time of registration (please email verification separately to
