It is our pleasure to invite you to join us at the 11th Pervasive Technologies for Mental Health that will take place on 4th and 5th, April 2024 in Milan, ITALY

Our call for abstracts is open until 29th February 2024 (Milan time zone).

We invite submissions of original research papers, perspectives, case studies, reviews, and technical reports on all aspects of technology and mental health.

Submission Instructions 

Please read all the instructions before completing the form below, even if you have been attending the conference in the past and especially if you are submitting a symposium. We are using EasyChair, a familiar platform for many of you.

Criteria for Approval.

The proposal process is a competitive one. All submissions will be blindly reviewed and evaluated by at least two members of the Program Committee. The accept or reject decision is at the discretion of the Scientific Committee. Commercial promotion and funding requests are not appropriate in submission of abstracts and during scientific presentations.

We accept work in progress at the conference.

Conference language.

Titles and abstracts of each submission are in English. Talks will be given in English. Please check spelling and grammar. If English is not your native language, please have your paper proofread by a native speaker, preferably one who is familiar with the described paper.

Presentation Formats

You can submit short or full papers or symposia or poster. 

Short paper: from 5 to 10 pages max length

full paper: 20 pages max length

Poster: 3 page max length

Short or full papers and posters submitted for consideration, will be included in the conference proceedings.


Workshops

The workshops, scheduled for the first day of the conference, are 3-hour sessions. No additional fee is required for workshop registration but their availability is limited. The deadline for workshop submissions is February 29th 2024. These workshops are designed to provide in-depth learning and exploration of specific topics or techniques, as well as skill development. Participants should have access to handouts, if relevant. The abstract for each workshop must clearly include the following sections for evaluation and promotion: (a) Workshop content, (b) Intended audience (e.g., mental health providers, engineers, beginners or experts in the field), (c) Method of delivery (such as formal lectures, case studies, audience discussions, hands-on hardware/software training, coaching, etc.), and (d) At least four learning objectives.

 


All program participants must register and pay the appropriate convention registration fee. This includes all speakers, session chairpersons, participants, poster presenters, etc.

Note that PC computers (or laptops), LCD projector, screen, microphone and speakers will be available in each presentation room.
